Simply email us for a RMA#, purchase the broken component in our online store, and send the unit back to us. We will not charge any labor on repairing the unit for the lifetime of your vaporizer. No other manufacturer offers this type of vaporizer support.PLEASE NOTE:
The warranty will no longer be valid if the unit has been tampered with (ie. chassis opened, etc.).
